United States Steel Corp, ticker X, has gained 10% in the past three months. Past US President Biden had blocked a deal for Nippon Steel, a Japanese country to buy US Steel for $14 Billion US dollars. The two companies had sued the CFIUS (Committee On Foreign Investment In The United States) and the Trump Administration and US Steel and Nippon Steel have asked the courts for extra time to review issues. The deadline has been moved to June 2025 so that everyone can look into details of the proposed details. The company US Steel’s stock price has risen over 10% in past three months. It had a bid price of $40.34 a share and an Ask price of $40.38.
