Microsoft trying to get the merger approved to buy Activision,  the maker of video game franchise “CALL OF DUTY”. Latest news is they have removed the “cloud based” sections of the deal that concerned Europe.  Hopes are the deal gets approved Oct 2023.

Activision net income for 2022 was $1.51 Billion USDollars!
