Wildfires are wrecking it in California and I like Lumber stocks right now for myself.  The tariff on Canadian Lumber imported into the US is at 14.4% which I did not know as well as the rebuilding needed for the burned housing due to the Eaton, Palisades Fires in Los Angeles, makes me look at lumber. Lumber prices on the commodity exchange has lumber index at $590 per thousand board feet.  Watching this closely
