The recent strike by Unionized Dockworkers was settled this week.  There are huge concerns by the Union and its members about being replaced by robots (especially using large cranes). There are some experts who suggest that 650 workers jobs will be lost by automation per robot.  American workers have the right to be concerned.  Without good paying jobs their livelihoods will drastically change for them and their families and their towns.  Automation and AI represent huge changes for all of us ahead and we do not see much leadership on the governmental level to help out.
