In looking at sector, Household Goods and Products as well as Consumer Staples i.e. Kellog, General Mills) usually hold up strong during inflationary and recessionary times.  I particularly like Colgate Palmolive and in looking at the 3 year chart, note how it is breaking ubove the moving average in the green.
